What to expect with delivery

Every arrangement is made to order. Delivery times begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Expedited shipping

Arrives in 2 to 3 business days from your shipping confirmation.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend ship from Monday. Remote addresses may take longer.

Standard shipping

Arrives in 4 to 7 business days from your shipping confirmation.

In store pickup

Ready for pickup 1 to 4 business days after you order.

Need it sooner? Call the boutique and we will do our best to have it ready.

What to bring for pickup

The card used to pay, a government issued photo ID and your order confirmation email.

Delivery packaging

Packed to arrive perfect

Orders sent by Canada Post, UPS, DHL or FedEx travel in our secure white shipping box, built to protect your arrangement in transit so it arrives exactly as it left our studio.

Orders delivered by our private courier arrive in our signature black retail box and bag, ready to be given.
