Yes. Every rose is 100% real, hand selected at peak bloom and preserved through an advanced process that keeps its natural beauty, softness and colour for a year or more. No water is ever needed, and care is minimal.

Our flowers are sourced from Cayambe, Ecuador, Bogotá, Colombia and Japan, regions celebrated for the ideal growing conditions that produce rich colour and full blooms.

Through a state of the art preservation process, each bloom's natural moisture is replaced with a proprietary solution, allowing it to keep its softness and vibrancy for a year or more.

Yes. Each rose carries a natural scent for approximately three months. The fragrance gently fades over time, while the beauty of the bloom remains for a year or more.

While we promise one year, many of our clients enjoy their arrangements for two or even three years with proper care. Over time, the roses will gradually begin to wilt as the preservation naturally wears off.

Roses are at the heart of every creation. Our mixed arrangements may also feature peonies, dahlias, hydrangeas and star flowers, each preserved to last.

Yes. Many of our arrangements can be personalised online. Choose your box, your design and your rose colour, and watch your creation come to life in 3D before you order. Select arrangements can also be viewed in your own space through augmented reality.

Your arrangement needs very little attention. To keep it beautiful for a year or more:

• Display it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Avoid touching the petals, as natural oils can mark them.
• Never water it or expose it to moisture.
• Keep it in its box, or display it in an open space away from enclosed areas with excessive heat.

We ask that every rose stays exactly where our florists placed it. Each bloom is carefully arranged and secured to hold its shape, and removing it may leave the petals fragile.

Online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and e-Transfer. In our boutiques, cash is also welcome.

To protect our clients, our billing team may occasionally request additional verification, such as a piece of valid identification, to confirm the details of a purchase. This is a standard security measure that prevents unauthorised transactions.

Yes. Prairies & Petals gift cards are available online, and you may check your balance at any time.

We deliver across Canada, the United States and internationally. Every arrangement is packed with care so it arrives in perfect condition, wherever it is going.

Expedited shipping: two to three business days from your shipping confirmation email.

Standard shipping: four to seven business days from your shipping confirmation email.

Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend ship no earlier than Monday. Remote addresses may require additional delivery time.

Within the GTA, your order is delivered by our private courier. Everywhere else, we select the most efficient carrier for your timeline, including UPS, Canpar, FedEx and USPS.

Orders delivered by private courier arrive in our signature black retail box. Orders sent by carrier travel in our tightly secured white shipping box, designed to protect your arrangement in transit.

Delays are rare, but transit times are ultimately in the hands of the courier. If you notice a delay, please contact us and our team will speak with the courier directly to resolve it as quickly as possible.

In store orders are ready for pickup at our Yorkdale and Sherway Gardens boutiques one to four business days after your order is placed. If you need it sooner, please call us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
